Golden Oak Therapies is a mobile private practice and school contracting organization based in middle Tennessee. We have school-based Speech Language Pathologists across TN, GA, FL, CO, and TX. We have a passion to provide students with speech therapy services in various settings so they can reach their full potential.

Being child-centered is at the heart of what we do. We strongly believe in child-led therapy practices and naturalistic, functional therapy. We also believe in involving the parent in therapy so that the child can make progress quicker and increase carryover in their everyday routines.

Caroline Willis, M.S., CCC-SLP
Owner & Lead Speech-Language Pathologist
​Caroline, the founder and owner of Golden Oak Therapies, is a Tennessee licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. She earned both her bachelor in Communication Disorders and Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Auburn University. Her clinical interests include feeding difficulties/ disorders, speech sound disorders, and early language development. She holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence and is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She is also certified in the SOS Approach to Feeding, Beckman Oral Motor protocol, AEIOU Approach to Feeding, and Modified Barium Swallow Impairment Profile. She strives to provide therapy in a fun, engaging way that is also functional for the child.
